DMCA Policy

NURSEHYPE LLC (doing business as NurseHype) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and third parties to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how we handle copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1 Our Commitment
• All designs and graphics on nursehype.com are original works created by or licensed to NurseHype / NURSEHYPE LLC.
• We do not knowingly publish, reproduce, or sell products that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• We will promptly respond to valid infringement notices and remove infringing content if substantiated.
2 Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that content on nursehype.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our DMCA agent containing ALL of the following:
1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The specific URL(s) on nursehype.com where the allegedly infringing content is located.

3 Our Response Process
• Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will review it within 5 business days.
• If the notice meets all legal requirements, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly.
• We will notify the uploader of the content that it has been removed.
4 Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for Colorado, United States.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
5 Repeat Infringers
NURSEHYPE LLC will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances.
6 Trademark Complaints
If you believe content on nursehype.com infringes your trademark rights, please contact us at support@nursehype.com with subject line: Trademark Complaint, and include details about your trademark registration and the allegedly infringing content.
