NurseHype ships exclusively within the United States. All products are custom-printed on demand by our fulfillment partner. Every order is made just for you — please review our full shipping details below before placing your order.
1. Production Time
Every order is printed specifically for you after purchase. Production occurs on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

2. Shipping Time & Total Estimate
After production is complete, your order is handed off to the carrier. Estimated transit times are as follows:

Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are subject to change. The amount displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost for your order.
4. Shipping Destinations
- We ship within the United States only — to all 50 states + Washington DC.
- We also ship to US Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.
- We support APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific).
- PO Boxes are accepted for standard shipments.
- We do NOT ship internationally at this time.
5. Order Tracking
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.
- Track your order directly on the USPS or UPS website using the tracking number provided.
6. Delays, Lost & Undelivered Packages
- NurseHype is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package: first check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us at support@nursehype.com.
- If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the order date, contact us — we will investigate and arrange a free reprint or refund.
- NurseHype is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
