Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using nursehype.com or placing any order. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
1 About NurseHype
NurseHype is a brand operated by NURSEHYPE LLC (Entity ID: 20231910072), a Single Member LLC registered in Montana, United States, with registered agent address at 1001 S Main ST, Kalispell, MT 59901, US. NurseHype is a print-on-demand e-commerce store selling custom-designed apparel, accessories, and gifts for nurses and healthcare professionals. Products are produced on demand by our partner and shipped within the United States.
2 Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this Site.
• By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.
• NurseHype reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
3 Products & Pricing
• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable charges as shown at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the final price for that order.
• Product colors and designs are displayed as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to monitor calibration or the print-on-demand process.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such errors, with a full refund issued to the customer.
4 Order Processing
• Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
• You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of completing your purchase.
• Production begins the next business day after payment is confirmed.
• Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled (see Return & Refund Policy, Section 1).
5 Payment
• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal.
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
• All transactions are processed securely by Shopify Payments or PayPal. NurseHype does not store, access, or transmit full payment card information.
6 Intellectual Property
• All designs, graphics, logos, trade names, and content on nursehype.com are the exclusive intellectual property of NurseHype / NURSEHYPE LLC, or are used under license.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, display, sell, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that physical item for personal purposes only.
• If you believe any content on our Site infringes your copyright or trademark, please contact us immediately at support@nursehype.com (see also our DMCA Policy, Section 5).
7 Promotions & Discounts
• Promotional offers (discount codes, seasonal sales) are valid only for the specified period and conditions stated in the offer.
• Promotions have clear start dates, end dates, and eligibility conditions. We do not apply blanket discounts to all products simultaneously.
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NURSEHYPE LLC (doing business as NurseHype), its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
9 Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@nursehype.com.
• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the applicable courts in Montana, United States.
10 Changes to These Terms
NURSEHYPE LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
