Return & Refund Policy

At NurseHype, we stand behind the quality of every item we create for nurses and healthcare professionals. Because all products are custom-printed on demand through our partner, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet started. To cancel, email support@nursehype.com immediately with subject line: CANCEL – Order #[your order number].

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date under the following circumstances:

       The item arrived damaged or defective (printing error, torn seam, manufacturing defect).

       You received the wrong item — wrong design, wrong size, or wrong product type.

       The package was confirmed lost in transit (no delivery scan after 30 business days for US orders).

Note: Because every product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Please use our Size Chart before ordering.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to process returns or refunds for:

       Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

       Incorrect size selected by the customer (see our Size Chart).

       Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

       Orders with delivery addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

       Requests submitted more than 30 days after confirmed delivery.

4. How to Submit a Request

1.     Email support@nursehype.com with subject line: REFUND – Order #[your order number].

2.     Include: your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

3.     Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
