1. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet started. To cancel, email support@nursehype.com immediately with subject line: CANCEL – Order #[your order number].

2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept return or refund requests within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date under the following circumstances:
• The item arrived damaged or defective (printing error, torn seam, manufacturing defect).
• You received the wrong item — wrong design, wrong size, or wrong product type.
• The package was confirmed lost in transit (no delivery scan after 30 business days for US orders).

Note: Because every product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please use our Size Chart before ordering. |
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to process returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer (see our Size Chart).
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Orders with delivery addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after confirmed delivery.

2. Include: your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
