How do I place an order?
Browse our collections at nursehype.com, select your design, choose your size and color, then click 'Add to Cart.' Complete your purchase at checkout — you can check out as a guest without creating an account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
- PayPal.
- All other payment options enabled at Shopify checkout.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Your payment is processed securely — we never store your full card details.
Is it safe to enter my payment information on your site?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments or PayPal, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant. Your browser connection is encrypted with SSL/TLS (HTTPS). NurseHype does not store, see, or have access to your full card number or CVV.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account is optional and lets you track orders and save your details for future purchases.
Can I change or modify my order after placing it?
You can request a modification or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet started.
To request a change, email support@nursehype.com immediately with subject line: MODIFY – Order #[your order number].
After 24 hours or once production begins, we are unable to modify or cancel orders — because your item is already being made.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 24 hours of placing your order and before production begins. Email support@nursehype.com with subject line: CANCEL – Order #[your order number].
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation is not possible once production has started.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there.
Verify that the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
If you still cannot find it, email support@nursehype.com with your name and approximate order date and we will look it up for you.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes — we welcome bulk orders for hospitals, nursing schools, graduation ceremonies, and nurse appreciation events. Email support@nursehype.com with details about the quantity, design, and timeline and we will get back to you with options.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also accept PO Boxes for standard shipments.
We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) or internationally.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your total delivery time has two parts:
- Production time: 3–5 business days. Every item is made to order after you purchase.
- Shipping transit time: 3–7 business days after dispatch (USPS or UPS standard).
Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days from your order date.
During peak periods (Nurses Week, holidays, graduation season), production may take 1–3 additional business days.
How much does shipping cost?
- Orders under $79: flat-rate $6.95 standard shipping.
- Orders $79 and above: FREE standard shipping.
The shipping cost shown at checkout is final.
Where does my order ship from?
All NurseHype products are printed and fulfilled by Printify from production facilities within the United States. Your order will ship from the Printify facility closest to your delivery address.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system after dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, use the tracking number provided to track your order directly on the USPS or UPS website.
You can also visit https://nursehype.com/a/trackorders and enter your order number and email address.
My order shows 'Delivered' but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Please:
- Check around your property — behind doors, in mailboxes, with a neighbor or building manager.
- Contact your local post office or UPS location with your tracking number.
- Wait 24 hours — 'delivered' scans occasionally appear before the physical delivery.
If the package still hasn't appeared after 24 hours, email us at support@nursehype.com and we will help investigate.
My order hasn't arrived after 12 business days. What do I do?
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the order date, please email support@nursehype.com — we will investigate and arrange a free reprint or full refund.
NurseHype is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Email support@nursehype.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. After production starts, we cannot reroute shipments.
What is your return policy?
We accept return or refund requests within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date for the following reasons:
- The item arrived damaged or defective (printing error, torn seam, manufacturing defect).
- You received the wrong item — wrong design, wrong size, or wrong product type.
- The package was confirmed lost in transit (no delivery scan after 30 business days).
Because every product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size ordered.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
We're sorry about this — it doesn't happen often, but when it does we make it right. Please:
- Email support@nursehype.com with subject: REFUND – Order #[your order number].
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.
We will review your request within 24 hours and offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We apologize for the mix-up. Email support@nursehype.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will ship you the correct item at no charge as quickly as possible.
Can I return an item just because I changed my mind?
Because all NurseHype products are custom-printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, preference changes, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions, photos, and our Size Chart before ordering.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, size exchanges are not available for print-on-demand items, as each product is made specifically for your order. We recommend using our Size Chart (nursehype.com/pages/size-chart) before purchasing.
If the size difference is caused by a manufacturing error (e.g., the label says L but it measures as S), that qualifies as a defect and we will replace it.
How long does a refund take?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method:
- Credit or debit card: 5–10 business days (processing time varies by bank).
- PayPal: typically 3–5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For defective items, wrong items, or packages lost in transit, NurseHype covers all return shipping costs. For any other situations that fall outside our return policy, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How do I submit a refund or return request?
Email support@nursehype.com with the following:
- Subject line: REFUND – Order #[your order number].
- Your order number and the email used to place the order.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item (required for damaged or wrong item claims).
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
What products does NurseHype sell?
We sell nurse-themed print-on-demand products including:
- Apparel: Comfort Colors tees, sweatshirts, hoodies — unisex adult sizing.
- Drinkware: tumblers, mugs, water bottles.
- Accessories & gifts: tote bags, hats, stickers, and more.

How do I find the right size?
We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart before ordering — especially for Comfort Colors apparel, which tends to run slightly large.

Because items are made-to-order, we cannot process returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
What is Comfort Colors and why do you use it?
Comfort Colors (specifically the 1717 garment) is a heavyweight, garment-dyed 100% ring-spun cotton tee known for its broken-in feel, rich pigment-dyed colors, and excellent durability. It holds up well through frequent washing, which matters when you work in healthcare — it's NurseHype's default apparel choice.
Are your products unisex? What about women's fits?
Most NurseHype apparel is unisex adult sizing. Comfort Colors 1717 is a unisex relaxed fit that works well for all body types.
Where available, we also offer fitted women's styles — check each product listing for available options and consult the Size Chart for measurements.
Can I request a custom design or personalized product?
At this time, we do not offer personalization (e.g., adding a name or custom text to existing designs). However, we regularly release new designs based on community suggestions. If you have a design idea, email us at support@nursehype.com — we love hearing from nurses about what they want to wear.
Are your designs original? Do you use licensed characters or logos?
Yes — all NurseHype designs are original artwork created by or for NurseHype and owned by NURSEHYPE LLC. We do not use licensed characters, trademarked logos, or third-party intellectual property.
If you believe any design infringes on your copyright or trademark, please email support@nursehype.com and we will address it promptly.
Do products come with tags or packaging?
Products are shipped directly from our Printify fulfillment partner in standard packaging. Apparel items include manufacturer tags. We do not currently offer custom branded packaging or gift wrapping, though this may be available in the future.
What print method do you use?
NurseHype products are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing via Printify's US production network. DTG printing produces high-resolution, full-color prints directly onto the fabric — the ink bonds with the fabric fibers for a soft, breathable feel that doesn't crack or peel like heat-transfer or screen prints.
Will the print colors match exactly what I see on screen?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Monitor calibration differences (brightness, contrast, color profile).
- The fabric base color (especially on garment-dyed Comfort Colors items).
- The DTG printing process on cotton fabric.
Color variation is a normal characteristic of DTG printing on fabric — it is not considered a defect.
How do I wash and care for my NurseHype apparel?
To protect your print and extend the life of your garment:
- Wash inside out in cold water (30°C / 86°F or lower).
- Use a gentle or delicate wash cycle.
- Use mild detergent — avoid bleach or fabric softener on printed areas.
- Air dry flat or tumble dry on low heat.
- Do not iron directly on the printed design — iron inside out on low if needed.
- Do not dry clean.
Damage caused by improper washing is not covered by our return policy.
Is the print durable? Will it crack or fade?
DTG printing on quality cotton produces durable prints when cared for correctly. The print will remain vibrant through normal washing if you follow the care instructions above. Prints can fade or crack prematurely if bleached, washed in hot water, or dried on high heat — so a little care goes a long way.
Who fulfills and prints my order?
Your order is fulfilled by Printify, a global print-on-demand platform. All NurseHype orders ship from Printify's US-based facilities, which means shorter production and transit times for US customers.
Do I need an account to shop on nursehype.com?
No. You can place orders as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account is optional and allows you to view order history, track orders, and save your shipping details for faster checkout in the future.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page at nursehype.com, click 'Forgot your password?' and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
What data do you collect about me?
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment information (processed by Shopify or PayPal — we do not store full card details). We also collect browsing data via cookies and Google Analytics.

Do you sell my personal information?
No. NurseHype (NURSEHYPE LLC) does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your data is shared only with the service providers needed to fulfill your order — Printify (production), Shopify (platform), and shipping carriers (USPS/UPS).
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Every marketing email we send includes an 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom. Click it to be removed from our mailing list. You can also email support@nursehype.com with subject line: Unsubscribe and we will remove you manually.
How do I request deletion of my personal data?
Email support@nursehype.com with subject line: Privacy Request – Data Deletion – [Your Name]. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal data retention requirements (e.g., tax records).
