The total time to receive your order includes both processing and shipping. Please refer to the table below for estimated timelines:

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your order to your doorstep. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

🛠 Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@nursehype.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or resolution.

📬 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

• Orders are processed daily except on the following US federal holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
• We ship within the United States only — all 50 states, Washington DC, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and PO Boxes.
• We do not offer international shipping at this time.
